Maintaining daily practice in chaotic times.
When you practice for yourself, it's slightly better to do several short practices spread over the day, than it is to aim to do a single 1 or 2 hour practice.
Whenever you find a free moment, take 1 or 2 of the 5 loosenings, or a section from the taiji form, and practice for 5 or 10 min.
You can also do a few minutes from the meditation, whenever you remember.
Don't set any particular length of time.
Then at the beginning or end of the day have one longer, say 20min meditation.
That will integrate the training into your external life more efficiently than just one long separate practice.
